A Middle Eastern dish of BULGHUR WHEAT mixed with chopped tomatoes, onions, parsley, mint, olive oil and lemon juice. It's served cold, often with a crisp bread such as LAVOSH.

A friend of mine has made tabbouleh twice and I really enjoyed it. I am looking for a recipe to try myself. I didn't know there were so many types. Will let you know how it turns out!
