I purchased 15# of big beautiful blue berries this year, washed spread them out to dry, placed them single layer on trays and froze them. Then I sealed them in heavy duty bags with my food saver and put them back in the freezer. That was 2 weeks ago I did open one last night just to see how they turned out. They are really good. So I will to have some wonderful treats with them during the long winter ahead. I live on Vancover Island in Canada where a large crop of blueberries come from every year.
