habanero chile

[ ah-bah-NEH-roh ]

This distinctively flavored, extremely hot CHILE is small and lantern-shaped. It's native to the Caribbean, the Yucatan and the north coast of South America. The habanero ranges from light green to bright orange when ripe. It's generally used for sauces in both its fresh and dried form.

OH MAN!!!! Is that not the best pepper for us chili heads??? Use it on anything and everything. . . Even icecream. . . Ha! The hottest ever!

They are are great filled with chocolat and frozen -- slice of a few rings for you ice cream or for a snack -- yum

I use them to make my green chile sauce along with green chilies. Jalapenos are not always hot 'n spicy, but you can always count on habaneros!!

If you want a really hot pepper, try Bhut Jolokia. They are from India and they have been recorded as the HOTTEST pepper IN THE WORLD. But use caution when cleaning, using, eating or whatever else

I use them when making my chili and with Jalapenos and curshed red peper. All are great for cooking with about anything.
