Cory Vicens has a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and received her culinary training from the Cordon Bleu in London. From her 20 years in the food service and retail industries, working as a private chef, caterer, recipe developer, specialty foods buyer, and food writer, she has developed a rare blend of culinary creativity.
