I made it. It came out pretty good but was a little runny. I'm not sure if I didn't bake it long enough (a few minutes short of 15 minutes) or if I need to cut down the sour cream and milk.

we love twice baked potatoes..my tip is use a grapefruit spoon to scoop out the baked potatoe and you are ready to mix your stuffing mixture..so easy
