I love cooking with Garlic powder and lawrys seasoning salt!!! They have been staples in my family for my entire life, as my mother used them in everything, literally! :)

I also have used a flavoring that McCormick does not make anymore. It is salt and spice which has garlic salt, onion powder, mixed pepper and celery salt. I used this for years and without it, my potato salad was not the same. You can e-mail McCormick. com and they will gladly give you the recipe to make at home which I make in gargansuous amount cause my family comes over and "borrows" some all the time.

I'd have to add: oregano (dried or fresh) lettuce (spinach, baby spring, or romaine) celery whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, millet) 6" corn tortillas salsa cottage cheese sour cream coffee There are more, but I'll stop here. Needless to say, I think the list was made after the recipes were chosen. Some additional ingredients will increase the number of potential meals by at least 5 and possibly more.

I always have coconut milk, red curry paste, rice and shrimp in the freezer. Even if company drops in you can impress with red curry shrimp over rice and it doesn't cost much at all.
