I think that this has to be one of the most helpful videos on your site. It takes the fear out of baking cheesecakes because it illustrates how all is not lost if your screw up.

Fantastic video, my cheesecake is in the oven and I panicked, not because of a crack but because it has raised. I am looking forward to pulling it out after it cools. I did not realize you could be so rough. Thanks again.
