This turkey meatball recipe sounds out of this world. I love the way that you bake them and then can also freeze if you make a double batch. Thanks for the great info. thwessman

The scoop is a great idea. I usually make about 8# worth of meatballs at a time and freeze what I don't use. I roll the mixture out and then make a 1" grid with a knife. This makes it super easy to have the same size meatballs with a quick rounding out of the edges.

I did this with some fresh pressed garlic and some finely chopped onion also- delicious. Turkey is always great to keep those calories down, because you know you can't just have a few meatballs haha.
