Yes, McNamara-Troy has gone Hollywood. Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) and Christian Troy (Julian McMahon) have moved west in search of bigger and better things, only to find out, they're not so hot. Plastic surgeons in L.A. are like sweets in a candy store: they're everywhere. The dynamic duo must reclaim their stakes in the plastic surgery industry and will do almost anything to achieve the status they left behind in Miami. Although McNamara-Troy has moved west, the guys and their counterparts continue to keep this drama disturbingly perfect.
