I have tried all three of these methods and they are all 5 Star ways of fixing chicken breast. You can fill them with so many things. I had some left over mashed potato left over used that added cheese.Rolled up the chicken breast put in baking dish. Then poured a can of mushroom soup over that and baked. The kids just loved it... great way to get rid of a little of this and and little of that..

Thanks! I love this idea. I can easily make an old fashioned sunday dinner bake in o time flat! I'll stuff the chicken with stove top, and cover with the cream of mushroom soup, top with bread crumbs! Voila! My family will be tickled!

I like stuffing the chicken (pocket method) with Swiss cheese and ham, then dipping in egg/milk and coating in corn flake crumbs. Bake and top with honey mustard or cream of chicken soup mixed with a bit of sour cream. SO good :)

I work in a meat dept. and sell stuffed chicken breast. We just cut a slice in the top of the breast almost all the way through. It looks great, but at home I prefer the butterfly method.

love this video I will try it with golden mushroom soup and stuff the breast with a mixture of homemade dressing which consists of: Butter and onion heated on the stove till onion are soft than add it to freshly graded bread and savory. (Only need enouhgh melted butter to make the bread moist or stick together when handled.)
