How come the recipe for the sauce isin't available to print?

can you add chopped onions instead of scallions?, and do you taste the bread crumbs? i dont really like the taste of it i find it fries it out too much any advice?

oopps sorry for the spelling mistake its suppose to be "dries" not fries lol... my bad..

To Midge: try using Saltine crackers, either ground to crumbs in your blender or processor, or (low-tech) under a rolling pin. Very good, light addition to salmon croquettes,with a fresher taste. If you still find this too dry, make your own fresh crumbs from torn-up white bread in the processor(blender), or try Ritz Crackers which would add more fat and flavor. And yes, onions would be fine, especially Vidalia or other sweet mild types.

midg wanted to know how to keep the croquettes moist, well,an egg has always worked 4 me.
