Is it possible to be head over heels in love with a potato dish? LOL! I'm living proof it is! This is absolutely, bar none, the tastiest, the easiest to prepare and the one recipe that will replace all other Au Gratin ones you have in your cookbook! Do yourself a favor and make this, you WILL NOT be disappointed! Thank you SO VERY MUCH for posting this for us here at all recipes.com. My taste buds and tummy are still saying thank you! ;o) P.S. I love the idea of the video! It was so easy to follow...DELISH X 1,000 = AWESOME POTATOES AU GRATIN!!!!

Had this for dinner tonight, I only had monterrey jack cheese, so i think it lacked in flavor a bit from not using cheddar. All in all, wonderful recipe and I will be making it again.
