Movie Menus: "Frost/Nixon"

British talk show host and TV personality David Frost scored a series of post-Watergate interviews with disgraced former American president Richard Nixon.

Turns out they're both in it for redemption. Frost could salvage his self-respect as a journalist or Nixon could spin his way back to Washington. But there could be only one winner in this historic verbal throw-down.

Adapted from the award-winning stage play by Peter Morgan, this Ron Howard movie stars Michael Sheen as easy, breezy David Frost and Frank Langella as a bear-like Richard Nixon, capable of pinning an opponent to the mat with his words.

Also stars Oliver Platt, Sam Rockwell, Toby Jones, Kevin Bacon, and a pair of Gucci loafers.

Richard Nixon: "Why would I want to talk to David Frost?"
Swifty Lazar: "I've got half a million dollars"
Nixon: "Really?"

Nixon: "I shall be your fiercest adversary. I shall come at you with everything I got. Because the limelight can only shine on one of us. And for the other, it'll be the wilderness. With nothing and no one for company but those voices ringing in our head."

David Frost: "Why didn't you burn the tapes?"

Nixon: "I didn't want to take any questions on Watergate!"

Nixon: "What did we discuss?"
Frost: "Cheeseburgers."
