Favorite things to cook:

Lasagna, eggplant parmesan, eggplant roll ups, southern comfort food like fried green tomatoes, and macaroni and cheese. I've been experimenting with making soups as well and they have been super tasty!

Family cooking traditions:

My mom and I would always make fudge for friends, neighbors, and even the postman!

Cooking triumphs:

I make a really incredible eggplant parmesan that is rolled up and stuffed with wonderful cheese! Fantastic. It's my favorite--I just wish my husband liked eggplant.

Flowers are always nice and I take a flower from the arrangement I have and place in my drinks for cuteness factor. I keep my table simple but add color with the plates and sometimes a tablecloth.
