Favorite things to cook:
I LOVE salmon. I love it in salad, as a main dish, even for breakfast in an omelet. I also love pork and beef tenderloin ... so pricey though, but well worth the money when cooked right. Pasta dishes using beef, chicken, and sausage would be one of my favorite all-in-one meals to make.

Family cooking traditions:
I have started a new family tradition with my partner. Every Sunday is fast becoming chili day. I whip up a huge batch of chili and delicious cornbread and we feast on it through the coming week for lunch or dinner.

Cooking triumphs:
I have been able to reproduce so many great meals through recipes on the site! My favorite spinach dip from a popular restaurant, a great lemon wine chicken that used to be served at another popular Italian restaurant, and many more!
