Moroccan Lamb Kabobs: "Don't omit any ingredients!"

Avocado Tzatziki: "Cucumber not necessary. I recommend crushed red pepper (cayenne pepper) rather than the flakes to distribute flavor."


Preparation / Serving Suggestions

"Prepare pitas early in the day and put in resealable bags to moisten. Meanwhile, prepare meat mixture. When you are ready, you can grill the kabobs or bake them at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. While they are cooking, mix up the Tzatziki Sauce. When meat is done, lay into pitas and drizzle with Tzaziki Sauce--beautiful and probably the most delicious meal I've ever had!"
