"This is the kind of meal I like to put together after several celebrations in a short time, like for New Year's Day after an overload of holiday meals. It is not only healthy and tasty, but all the colors together make a very pretty plate."

Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes: "This is such an easy and flavorful dish to prepare and almost requires no attention when preparing."

Hazelnut-Mushroom Pilaf: "The orzo makes this rice dish almost delicate and since it is mildly flavored, you can fully appreciate the flavors of the salmon and green beans."
