Favorite things to cook:
"I like to bake a lot (just hate the clean-up) ... cookies, muffins, etc. I've also recently started to adventure into bread-making. I'm getting quite good at cooking East Indian cuisine. Lasagna is my other specialty. I'd like to try cooking more Mexican food as well."
Cooking triumphs:
"The lasagna I took to a Thanksgiving dinner in 2006 ... many people told me it was the best lasagna they ever tasted."
Cooking tragedies:
"The croquette recipe that called for cooked rice but I thought it meant uncooked ... we ended up with waaay too many giant-sized croquettes. Everyone still thought they tasted good though."
