Is it just me or did I miss something. Didn't she saute onions and mushrooms and then not use them or is it just me???

Yes junglebug she did forget the onions and mushroom mixture. I sat and watched this 3 times to make sure when I first watched it. She also added some "teaspoon" whatever that is. I'm going to check which ingredient that was supposed to be. As for the mushroom mixture do you think it should be a separate layer or mixed into the ricotta mixture?

I listened again and I think the teaspoon she is referring to is the salt and pepper. And yes she does not add the sauted mushrooms, garlic, and onion mixture. I put that in my sauce, but you can layer it in each layer with the cheese, noodles and sauce.
