i would like to say that i like the breakfast strata that was prepared in the video and i know that i will be having some of them with my family for breakfast real soon and i will let you know how we like them james simpson think you for the stratas

The stratas look wonderful! They are quick and easy to prepare. I'm sure they will be gobbled up in a flash too!
