The recipe she made in the video matches the recipe linked called BBQ Chicken Wings. In the final product shot on the video it looks like the BBQ is on the right and the Deidra's Hot Wings are on the left. So the liquid would have been: teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, & ketchup. Because she added the garlic powder, gin, liquid smoke, and sugar after that.
