what I see in the video is what we call an azteca cake here in mexico... but it seems tasty..

These were a hit! My husband loved it & said we have to do this at least once a month!!! Thanks for the rubbermaid premier collection tip- I went out & bought them right away, they are fabulous!

Looks like a great recipe, but you should NEVER microwave plastic, any plastic, even if the container says it's microwave-safe. Heat causes chemicals to leach into the food. (This goes for plastic wrap, too.)

According to the Rubbermaid website, the collection featured in this video - the "Premier" collection - contains BPA. Just FYI.
