Nice and simple. I think most times I've cooked a turkey, I try to get too fancy and/or I cook it too long. This is great info.

I never understood from written directions exactly where to place the thermometer, and the tip about tucking the wings under the turkey is new. This video is so helpful!

This video is so helpful. My turkey always looks so sloppily done... but not this Thanksgiving. I'm sure my family will give thanks for the turkey this year!
