I have been asked to make a lemon meringue pie, actually two, for church dinner this Sunday. Thanks for the video, and wish me luck. I'll let you know how it turns out.

I used Alan's Pie Crust recipe. My own recipe for the filling. The pie was wonderful. Again thanks for the video. I didn't know to put the meringue on the pie while it was still hot. I always let the filling cool, and always had a problem with it shrinking. Not this time.

THE TIPS WERE GREAT! I JUST WISH THERE WAS AN "ADD TO RECIPE BOX" BUTTON FOR THE EXACT RECIPE, AFTER THE VIDEO IS OVER. IT LOOKS SIMPLE YET MUST TASTE GREAT W/THE LEMON ZEST! I FIND YOUR VIDOES VERY HELPFUL. THANKS SO MUCH
