I appreciated Cory, Elsa and Josie---especially as I've always wondered exactly what it's like to combine heated milk/cream and sugar to beaten egg yolks; and how to split and scrape the beans out of a vanilla pod; and how to easily strain the mixture. I've made 5 batches of yogurt ice cream with the same maker [1 1/2 quart Cuisinart]---a quick, easy-to-use machine. I want ice cream with NO SUGARS and low-fat yogurt. Any tips out there?? Thanks, and I loved how the girls "tucked into" the ice cream off the paddle, whilst agreeing with Cody's questions. ;-)
