Any info on making pasta w/o a stand mixer? I tried once (making pasta by hand, no mixer) and boy was that a mistake.

not a comment but a question. do you really need a pasta machine, can you tell me what kind of tool (brandname) you used in the video? I have heard of pastamakers but this is new to me.Looks very handy. Lydia Conboy from South Africa.

Lydia, this is the KitchenAid brand! it is a mixer but the pasta machine can be put on it!! its really amazing!

I have a hand cranked pasta machine and the grandkids fight over who is gonna crank it! I mix the dough by hand with no trouble.

this is not a comment but a question I want to make fresh pasta, the problem I dont have the machine for making it. Tell me where can I buy this machine it will really help for me since I have an small resto.
