Rave Review: "My hubby took one bite and said "This is better than Cracker Barrel!" It was really easy, too. I overestimated how long it would take and totally overcooked the apples. But it was still good. I only cooked two (big) chops and we also ate all the apples. It felt like fall! My only problem was when I removed the apples with my slotted spoon, there was hardly no sauce left to cook down. I drizzled it over my soft apples and never mentioned it to hubby!"

Rave Review: "I had leftover chicken so I decided to try this recipe. I followed it as written. When I took it out of the oven, I commented that "It looked like it was from a restaurant." My grown children must have smelled it outside because they happened to drop by just as it finished baking (45 minutes). They said that the finished product "looked like something from the Olive Garden." After tasting it, they said that it "tasted like something from Olive Garden." Almost everyone had seconds. I'm just glad that there is enough left for my lunch today. This recipe is definitely a keeper."

Blackened Chicken

Rave Review: "I love blackened chicken and this was my first attempt. So easy and so good! The only thing I did different was I added extra cayenne pepper and also one quarter of a teaspoon of garlic. I used my cheap cookware and not a cast iron skillet and it turned out fine. The chicken was very moist and tender, and I served it over salad. My husband loved it! I will not be spending money at restaurants anymore for blackened chicken."
