Granola All the Ways!

Oats, nuts, fruit, and perhaps some honey or brown sugar to sweeten the deal--all the makings of a healthy snack that kids will love.

And with so many ways to serve it, granola can make several appearances yet never get boring: cereal-style with milk, mixed with yogurt and fresh fruit, or even in bar form.

Granola can be healthy but also not so much if it is made with lots of sugar, honey and dried fruits which are loaded with sugar and also oils. Gotta watch what goes into them.
