I followed this method after I had marinaded the chicken overnight in beer, soy sauce and fresh garlic. I made some red potato salad, sweet corn, and some home-made bread rolls for dinner on a Friday. My husband came home was was quite impressed! Now its been a staple in our family bbq's along with fresh fruit, and homemade chili beans. A dip in the pool while its cooking and you have got summer cookin going on!
