I think I'll try this sidedish with a marianted porkloin with roasted garlic potatoes. What do you think?

I will try, pork-loin butterfly,spread dijon mustard,and parseley on it. bread crumbed well, pan-seared low heat. served whith horseradish-mayo sauce. and the beans !
