Easter Menus

What dishes will your family be raving about this year?

Will it be ham or lamb? Mashed or roasted potatoes? Decide early what dishes your family will be falling head-over-heels in love with this Easter Sunday. Create dazzling Easter feasts with these menus.

Easy as Pie Easter Brunch

A traditional sausage and egg pie is the centerpiece of our Easter brunch menu. Complemented by a salad of tender spinach and fresh spring strawberries, and a basket of warm, lemony muffins, your whole family will look forward to waking up on Easter morning. The pie and the muffins can be made ahead of time for a marvelously easy but very special brunch.

Classic Leg of Lamb Feast

For an Easter classic, try this juicy leg of lamb: it's roasted to perfection and served with springtime side dishes. End the celebration with a glorious coconut cake.

Sweetly Glazed Ham Feast

If visions of Easter hams danced through your head all winter long, we have the perfect menu for you: succulent glazed ham, creamy potatoes, fresh green beans and a crisp, colorful salad!

Spiced Vegetarian Easter Dinner

Fresh spring peas and creamy coconut milk mingle with a hearty rice and lentil medley in this unique vegetarian menu. Make your meal complete with a satisfying wedge of carrot cake.

Once you've picked the perfect menu, be sure to round it out with some freshly baked breads and Easter-themed sweet treats.
