I am so glad you posted that video and what a beautiful pie. I made two of the best apple pies I have ever eaten when I was 20 and never made them again because as much as I love to bake, the crust was the most dreadful cooking experience I have ever had also. L.O.L. I would of never known to fold it in quarters, that was the hardest part to get the top on without ripping it. Thanks so much...
