DELMONICO POTATOES), this tender, flavorful steak is a boneless
BEEF cut from the
SHORT LOIN. Depending on the region, butcher and so on. It's also referred to as a
NEW YORK STEAK. The
DELMONICO steak can be broiled, grilled or fried.
