    Dark chocolate is also amazingly high in minerals! A 100 gram bar gives you these daily values: 35% iron, 44% magnesium, 26% phosphorous,6% potassium, 18% zinc, 62% copper, and 66% manganese! If you are craving chocolate it may even be that you are deficient in copper and/or manganese.
