Thank's for this video. I'm 51 yrs old and I never knew the correct way to get the Avocado out, of it's skin! I usually ended up, with a mess :)

Good tip, Instead of a spatula, use a spoon, comes out much nicer.

OMG, I do not recommend cutting into the avocado seed while holding it in your hand... Great way to cut your fingers off! Put the avocado half down before you cut into the seen with it.
