This recipe may also be altered by using a whole chicken instead of cornish hens. Personally, I used a large freezer bag to marinate the whole chicken for two hours, allowed the chicken to drain on a cola can, adding the rosemary and then baking the upright chicken on the cola can ontop of a tinfoil lined pan. This allowed fats to drain while baking and made for easy clean up. It was delish!!!!
