Great video! I was afraid to use the Parchment paper, I know I am ready now.

Salmon, although beautiful, very strong in flavor and hate that it looses its lovely color in cooking. Does the citrus in this recipe ease that strong flavor?

I always use alum. foil, especially when I am baking fish. I always figured the parchment paper would dry out the fish.

Parchment paper does not dry out the fish as well! I made this recipe with brown rice and veggies in the packet and put a raw piece of tilapia on top and seasoned it with salt and pepper. The flavor was fresh and delicious and healthy!
