This dish seems to be a bit dry, so I added more broth and it works out fine. Great dish.

when browning the chicken, i notice u didn't put any season or flour to it before putting it in the pan. after doing the rice and putting the chicken on top of rice, will that cause flavor to the chicken??

Sounds yummy, I think I will try it. Maybe I could make Lemon Chicken by substituting Lemons and Lemon juice?
