Buffalo chicken wings

Buffalo, New York's Anchor Bar originated this dish of deep-fried chicken wings served in a spicy hot sauce and accompanied by blue-cheese dressing.

I'm sorry, but so many people try to make buffalo wing sauce and add all these different ingredients.when it is only two. I've lived in the buffalo area for 35 yrs. sadly I'm gone now and i really miss Franks red hot! They don't have it in Texas.

I'm in Buffalo and couldn't live without my Frank's on my wings. They now make Frank's especially for wings!
