I love brussels sprouts ,try with baby carrots"mixed " and when fully cooked serve with a cheese sauce.[very healthy].

I am about the only person in the family that loves Brussels Sprouts. I usually simmer them in 1 c. water with a vegetable soup cube and 1/2 T. butter for flavor. These are wonderful hot or cold. The recipe for Orange Sauce sounds great and I can't wait to try it. Thanks for the alternative.

can brussel sprouts be cooked in a crock pot or slow cooker? How much water and for how long?
