Absaloutley delicious very flavor-full and moist and slightly chewy from the raisins and freshnes from the apples what could be better than that! Althougt i did'nt have the pumpkin pie allspice so i used allspice instead! You can use cinnamon if you want an apple pie cobbler!!! So thankyou for this recipe another dessert for the winter holidays!!!! Can't wait!

I have the whipped cream waiting for the second go around with this delicious dessert. This time I put in brown sugar. First time I did white sugar with apple spice. Also doing apple spice again. First time didnt have whipped cream. THis time I put in frig for 5 hours before cooking. I can wait for it to come out of the oven but its so difficult!

This was one of the easiest and best tasting bread puddings I have ever made. I make it allot on those nights when company drops in and I have nothing for dessert. It is one of those comfort foods that makes us feel so warm on those cool fall evenings. Thans so much for such a great easy recipe. I couldn't wait to share it with others.

This is a yummy recipe that works best if the ingredients meld in the fridge overnight. The pumpkin pie spice amount is 3/4 tsp. and be sure the sugar is Brown. Also, plump the raisins in a glass measure in the microwave with 3/4 cup water. Cook on high 2 minutes until water boils. Let sit 5 minutes, drain and cool. This is comfort food at its best!
