Darn near went to sleep watching this sooo slow video! When I want a burger thats what I want,not a meatloaf burger!

The burgers were burnt and the veggies were sliced way too thick. And I agree with the other poster, this is a meatloaf burger. Bread crumbs spoil the flavor.

Looks too thick. And not sure about the bread crums but I haven't tired it so I don't know. I like my blow-up burger or my cheese/bacon filled burger/panini. I'll put it up some day.

Another meatloaf burger recipe with over-sized individual portions. the recipes at americastestkitche.com are better. Use 85% lean beef, add 3 oz finely chopped bacon. Replace the egg with 1 T milk mixed into the breadcrumbs to form a gnoche. Unless cooked over a charcoal grill, add liquid smoke, not worcestershire sauce. Omit salt or replace with lite salt. Form into 6 patties, 5/8" thick. Grill over MEDIUM to HIGH heat until charred on the bottom, then turn.
