What's a Flexitarian?
A flexitarian is a vegetarian who occasionally eats meat -- a “semi-vegetarian” you could say, or maybe an omnivore with mostly vegetarian tendencies who just can’t give up bacon!
Semi-vegetarians can also be “pescetarians” (they eat seafood but no chicken or red meat) or “pollotarians” (they eat chicken and other poultry but no red meat) or a combination of the two, “pesce-pollotarians.”
