          As a part of my low sodium Dr. ordered lifestyle, the only meat I cook is fish. so getting enough protein is a challenging, thanks for the help.

          Your recipes refer to percentages of daily protein, but individual requirements vary. As someone with Post Polio Syndrome, I need an unusually high protein intake. I would appreciate having the information in terms of grams of protein, and not just a generic percentage.
