Thanksgiving Cheese Ball

Followed the recipe to the T, it never stood up, I could never shape it into a ball.

Chocolate Mint Cookies I

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2006
After chilling for 1 hour the dough was very crumbly, and after baking the cookies were also crumbly. They had great flavor but the consistancy of the dough wasn't there. Maybe I just suck at cooking.

Jacksonville Crab & Arti-'don't choke' Spread

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2006
I made so much for a party the night before Thanksgiving, I thought I would have enough left to smooth over and take the next night to the big dinner. Boy was I wrong. The inebriated guests that were left at the end of the night coaxed me into bringing it back out and I ended up going to the store at midnight to get more ingredients to make another batch. It was a success on both nights to say the least. I wasn't allowed to add peppers because they are not a favorable taste in my family. But I would like to at some point especially this month because the green and red adds a special festive look. . .

Cheesy Rosemary Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2006
What a simple wonderful recipe. It was a favorite at the party I was catering for and definitely chosen to be repeated when I cook for family and friends on Xmas Eve. It does not specify what type of onions to use but I figured Red was the perfect flavor to better the recipe.

Very simple yet classy main dish that will impress any person when you say what you have made, and then when they eat what you made.

Artichoke Hearts au Gratin

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2006
I have never been too fond of just artichoke hearts in themselves but found this to be quite tasty. I added in some diced mushrooms and my own preferred spice varitey to give it that special zest. . .

Cajun Crab Soup

Next to my chicken apple curry soup, this is by far the best soup I have ever done and enjoyed. Mind you that I accidently doubled the cayen so it was a bit spicy. But nonetheless excuisite!!!

Romano Chicken

This is a great recipe, quick and tasty. We doubled the cheese, and broiled it for about 5 minutes after the microwave to make it crispy, other than that we thought the recipe was perfect, and we'll make it again.

Salsa Cheese Boule Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2006
Not quick, but definitely easy, and definitely good. I used Pico de Gallo style salsa, and juiced a 1/4 of lime. I also used 2 cups of cheddar instead of 1 & 1/2. I will use this for parties to come.

B.L.T. Salad with Basil Mayo Dressing

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2006
The dressing is very good, but you can only eat one forkful, otherwise you will die from the mayo and bacon grease used for the dressing. Its a once a year recipe.
