Crusty Potato Bread

Very good bread, nice texture, makes good sandwiches and toast. Have made it twice so far, will definitely include it in my baking rotation.

Banana Cake II

This was very good, moist and flavorful. I added walnuts because we love the combo of banana and walnut, then frosted with buttercream icing and garnished with more chopped walnuts.

Whole Wheat Bread II

Very nice flavor and texture. I made a half batch (2 loaves) in my Kitchenaid mixer. I used 2 packages of yeast and added 2 Table. vital wheat gluten since I was using all purpose flour instead of bread flour. This one is a keeper.
