Easy Broccoli Quiche

Wow, my family was hesitant to eating Quiche, "what else are we having" they said...then it was "is there more?" Fabulous! I added a diced chicken breast and a few tablespoons of real bacon bits. Definately going to "my favorite file!"

Peach Cobbler II

Although this had great flavor, it was far to runny and didn't resemble cobbler. I even followed other reviewers advice and cut the amount of water down. It was more like a tasty peach soup than cobbler. I definitely won't be making this again.

I thought this was VERY good! Key is to let marinate all day. I liked the unique combo of flavor, but if you aren't a fan of soy this may not be for you. However, my husband and I LOVED it and will make it often. Thank you!

Summer Lasagna

Delicious! I used a little more cheese, ok a lot (I love it cheesy!) and I didn't have any cottage cheese or ricotta...so I used sour cream. And it turned out great! Will definately make again!

Better than I thought it was going to be. I used canned diced tomatoes, added garlic seasoning, ground pepper, chicken boulion, and seasoning salt to give it some more flavor. I also didn't realize I ran out of milk so I used half and half. Nice and fatty, but good! Will make again.

Creme Brulee French Toast

Wow, this was wonderful! I made it without the Grand Marnier®, used doubled up regular sliced white bread, and heavy cream instead of half and half (it was what I had in the fridge already) and it was heavenly! Will definately make again and again!

No Bake Cereal Cookies

Yummy. I didn't have enough light corn syrup si I used a little dark corn syrup. Gave it a slightly different taste, but still yummy. I added crunch peanut butter, cheerios, and a few chocolate chips. Will make again :)
