No Sugar Raisin Cookies

Reviewed on Jul. 8, 2009 by CupcakeBrigade
I ended up making these with all apples instead of raisins and a generous amount of cinnamon by the suggestion of other reviewers. These are AMAZING and I'm not usually one to like no-sugar sweets. I think maybe next time I'll add all-natural apple juice instead of water and a bit more cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground cloves.

Grilled Corn in Husks

Reviewed on Jul. 8, 2009 by chryz
yummm...this turned out great. i didn't have parmesan so i added paprika and a little bit of cayenne pepper with the butter. i also didn't peel back the husk before soaking...i soaked the corn, then peeled it afterwards to clean before covering it again. i will definitely be making this more often :)
