Chocolate Zucchini Bread I

This bread recipe turned out perfect in my oven and I got a ton of compliments on it. My kids gobbled it up and we had none left by the next day! I made it just as the recipe called for it to be made.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese I

This recipe was good.. I would have liked the sauce to be a little more creamier and less thick. But to give this recipe some EXTRA flavor I added: 1 additional glove of Garlic, 1/2 Tsp. Dijon Mustard, 1/2 Tsp. Cyane Pepper, 1/2 Tsp. Paprika and a couple shots of Worcestershire. Also for more flavor try different types of cheese. I used Mild White Cheddar and Monteray Jack Cheese. I also coverd for half the time so the cheese would be melted instead of extremely crispy! I would make this again!

Baked Ziti I

WOW!!! This recipe was sooooo yummy! I just made it for the two of us (my boyfriend and I) we both went back for seconds and will be eating off it all week! I followed some of the suggestions and mixed the sauce with the pasta and I added TONS of cheese!!! Make sure to add LOADS of parm. on top and COVER!!! It will be nice and moist with cheesey goodness ;)
