Two-Salmon Strata with L'Evanjules

Reviewed on Dec. 23, 2009 by MILLERSQUARED
For everyone who is wondering, L'evanjules cheese is just like BRIE. I looked it up on the internet. I was hesitant to try this before. But now I will try it because I feel confident about what they are using as ingredients! I only rated it a 3 because it took me a while to figure out one of the main ingredients!!

Banana Pudding IV

Reviewed on Dec. 15, 2009 by SAXYBONE
I am used to very sweet banana pudding and I thought the flavor of this was great and not too sweet! I really enjoy the cream cheese, too. I felt like it wasn't as thick as i'm used to. Like the pudding didn't set up very well. However the texture was great!

Pecan Pie V

Reviewed on Dec. 15, 2009 by SAXYBONE
I had never eaten or made a pecan pie before this one. My husband who is the pecan pie King, said this was excellent! I thought maybe he wouldn't like it because it didn't have the syrup, but he enjoyed it as well as my 9 yr old son. It was on the drier side without the gooeyness of the syrup.
